Terms and Conditions for Your One-Day Profit Intensive
1. Your One-Day Profit Intensive Application Deposit is 100% Refundable.
a. If after your initial assessment call with Davy, you decide that you are not the right fit or Davy decides that you are not the right fit for the one-day profit intensive, you will receive a 100% refund on your application deposit.
b. If after your initial assessment call with Davy, you mutually agree that you are the right fit for the one-day profit intensive, your application deposit will be applied towards the balance due for your one-day profit intensive.
2. One-Day Profit Intensive 200% ROI Guarantee: No Found Money-No Investment-Full 100% Refund-Period.
a. “Found Money” can be a combination of increased revenue/sales opportunities, cost avoidance, cost savings, or flat out productivity/efficiency gains projected over a 12-month period. Profit Inner Circle, LLC will find you a minimum of $30,000.00.
b. “Found Money” 200% ROI Guarantee is based on the calculations that you and Davy track over the course of the one-day profit intensive. If at the end of your scheduled day, Profit Inner Circle, LLC has not uncovered at least $30,000.00 of increased revenue/sales opportunities, cost avoidance, cost savings, or flat out productivity/efficiency gains projected over a 12-month period, simply notify a Company representative prior to departing the event and no future payment(s) will be processed. In addition, any and all payments made towards the one-day profit intensive will be completely refunded to you.
3. You understand and agree to furnish/process the following to Profit Inner Circle, LLC-
a. Completed Invitation Application for Acceptance.
b. Access to staff including collaboration/communication and necessary documents/systems/reports before, during and after the one-day profit intensive.
Once you are accepted into the Profit Inner Circle, LLC one-day profit intensive, you authorize Profit Inner Circle, LLC (the “Company”) to immediately charge your credit card(s) based on your selected investment option. Upon being accepted into this program and executing this agreement, you understand that you enter into a binding contractual relationship with the Company (the “Agreement”). You understand and commit to working with total integrity, honesty and to protect the confidential information shared by the Company and/or other members of this Program.
You also understand and agree that if you miss, fail to attend or do not make use of any scheduled days, coaching or emergency calls, and/or mastermind gatherings (collectively the “Sessions”), that you forfeit those Sessions. Sessions will not be rescheduled, nor will you be given the opportunity to attend make-up Sessions. It is your responsibility to make sure you meet your deadlines and keep your appointments. This is a non-cancellable commitment. Any unused Sessions are lost and will not carry-over beyond the Engagement Period.
Any and all claims, testimonials or other representations relating to income earnings or results achieved should not be considered as average earnings or typical results. Participants’ results will vary depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to personality, open-mindedness, willingness to follow instructions, perform recommended tasks and participate in all follow-up exercises, and that all actions and results are up to you. You therefore agree to hold harmless Davy Tyburski, the Company and any representative from any/all claims that may arise from your participation in the Program.
